Purpose: Is to get kids moving and improve the physical condition of kids. Teach proper nutrition and injury prevention. This camp will help kids who have the need to lose weight and/or to improve the sport performance for young athletes. This program is designed from the latest research, is safe, and most importantly… is FUN!
